Why is there an extra charge for QuickBooks Integrator?

QuickBooks Integrator is a powerful application bridging feature-rich and complex business management applications. There was a significant development effort required to bring this product to market. Additionally, the product is a modification to software from a third-party vendor (QuickBooks), not the Shop Management product itself.

The decision was made to lease the product as an option available to Shop Management software users rather than increasing the price of the Shop Management software. This allows the development cost to be shared by shops who will use the software, rather than spreading it across all users. It also allows for ongoing development of enhancements and added functionality.

The Shop Management QuickBooks Integrator is available for pre-order (ships in February, 2006) at special introductory pricing in our Product Catalog.
