How To Prevent Dropped Invoices In QuickBooks Integrator

During Synchronization the Integrator creates Customers, Item Lists, Inventory, Vendors, Employees and Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks. Changing, deleting these items in QuickBooks will destroy the link between Manager and QuickBooks causing dropped Invoices.

Changes for these records should only be made in Manager. The Integrator will update QuickBooks after the next Synchronization. For Example: If you edit a Customers Name in QuickBooks only, the Integrator will drop any Invoices with this Customers name during the next Synchronization because the name does not match the Customer Name in Manager.
